APOORVA MISRA is an Advocate in New Delhi and Research Scholar at Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She worked as Assistant Legal Manager at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd., Mumbai. She has also made numerous paper presentations in International and National conferences and seminars.
