APOORVA MISRA works as an Assistant Law Professor at Alliance University, Bengaluru. She was a practising Advocate in New Delhi and a Research Scholar at Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She worked as Assistant Legal Manager at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd., Mumbai. She has also made numerous paper presentations at International and National conferences and seminars. "Protection of Environmental Refugees under International Law: Perspective from the Global South" and "Environment Protection During Armed Conflict: Pressing Need For Bolstering International Legal Regime" are the emerging socio-environmental topics discussed. She also judged the moot court competition events. She has also published research papers on "Emergence of Environment as an International Law Issue", and "Role of Public Interest Litigation in Environmental Protection in India" in International and National Journals.
